JUWI Shizen Energy Operation Inc. (“the Company” or “we”) is engaged in the operation and maintenance of solar, wind, and other renewable energy power plants, and recognizes that the protection of personal information, personal numbers, and specific personal information of customers, business partners, employees, and others is a serious responsibility. In the event of a personal information breach, we will promptly take corrective measures.
4. We will respond promptly and sincerely to complaints and consultations regarding the handling of personal information.
5. The personal information protection management system will be reviewed and improved on an ongoing basis in a timely and appropriate manner in light of changes in the environment and actual conditions surrounding the Company.

Handling of Personal Information

In this case, we will select a contractor that is recognized as handling personal information appropriately, and will have the contractor implement appropriate management of personal information by making necessary arrangements in the contract to prevent leakage of customers’ personal information through appropriate management, confidentiality, and other means.

Customers may request the Company to disclose their personal information (notification of purpose of use; disclosure; correction, addition, or deletion of content; suspension of use or deletion; suspension of provision to third parties) by contacting our “Personal Information Inquiry Desk.” We will respond to such requests within a reasonable period of time after confirming the identity of the individual making the request.
