The Shizen Energy Group specializes in renewable energy and operates an electricity business that covers development, financing, EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction), asset management, operation and maintenance, and electricity retailing. The business, which began in 2011 with the establishment of Shizen Energy Inc. in Japan, has expanded its operations beyond the domestic market to overseas, particularly in Southeast Asia and Brazil.

Founded in 1996, the JUWI Group has been a leading renewable energy company for over 25 years, offering project development, EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction) and operations and maintenance for utility-scale solar energy power plants and onshore wind farms worldwide.

JUWI Shizen Energy Operation takes over the DNA of both groups and will provide operation and maintenance services that maximize the value of power plants by collaborating with group companies that specialize in each business area.
